Expressing Myself.
Currently I'm playing World of Warcraft. As of this date I'm a fresh member in the newly founded guild which is composed of ex-members of and . Brian's raiding guild decided they no longer wished to raid last week, and several of the members who wanted to continue raiding said nuts to that and broke off to form a new guild, naturally Brian followed and thankfully was able to pull me in for the ride. Whether or not I score an actual 'raider' position is still yet to be seen, I wasn't brought to the guilds inaugural SSC (Serpentshrine Cavern) run today, while five other Rogues were taken in my place. I'm not sure how to take that, but I'll just take it easy for now.
Much of this post will be WoW (World of Warcraft) oriented, because to be honest the game consumes a large part of my daily time. As of now I am running Savh as my main character, he's a Night Elf Rogue that I made in 2004 when the game launched on day one in November. He's currently dual-wielding Vanir's Claws, which are purchased for 150 Badges of Honor from the IQD (Isle of Quel'Danas) daily vendor. He's sporting 2/5 Tier 4 and some off piece epic leather pieces as well as some Gladiator gear which needs to be replaced as soon as possible. I've chosen to make him my main because I enjoy Rogue, it's a very natural feel for me as it should be since I've played it off-and-on for over three years now. I'd also really like to see him (by some miracle) pick up the Warglaives of Azinoth before WottleKay (Wrath of the Lich King) is released at the end of this year. But we'll have to see how all of that pans out. A few of the other reasons I chose Savh as my main is due to the amount of nuances I have completed on him, many of his reputation levels are maxed and/or close to maxed, he has far more old-school gear, an original epic mount, a Dragon and Nether Ray flying mount, many 'rare' pets, and he has Herbalism/Alchemy/Cooking/Fishing/First Aid all at 375 skill, as well as all primary weapons at 375 skill. Much of this isn't terribly important to success in the game, but as a gamer who is very fond of completion I find these attributes very satisfying. It also helps that having a well geared Rogue provides for a really fun PVP experience, and makes daily quests/farming materials and gold insanely easy. Below is a working link to Savh's Armory profile.

In terms of other characters...
Amoria is a level 70 Night Elf Hunter who is fully PvP geared and as far as I'm concerned is a 'retired' character. She's also got her main trade skills almost maxed, 365 Leather Working and 375 Skinning as of this post, I'll eventually max them both. Her potential for raid capability is too similar to Savh for my taste, and she doesn't hold the same place in my heart that Savh does. She's occasionally fun to PVP on, but aside from that, barring some sudden shift in opinion, I doubt I'll be touching her much outside of using her to do extra dailies for gold and farming leather.

Acidus is my 'joke' character, at least at this time he is. A level 70 Human Warrior with 375 Blacksmithing and 375 Mining, Acidus was originally created back in the glory days of Warriors...wait...those are still going. Well, back when it was just flat-out stupid how good they were in Arena, and I had delusions of creating a brutal Mortal Striking Warrior that would absolutely destroy people alongside a healer. Sadly he reached mid-60s quickly and stalled, and eventually was leveled to 70 on the basis that having a mid-60 character is truly a waste. Since patch 2.4 came out, many of the items needed to craft the epic quality blacksmithing weapons become 'bind on equip', allowing me to purchase them via the auction house. I did so, and crafted the Lionheart Champion for Acidus in hopes that he would become the beatstick in PVP that I had always dreamed of. Sadly, the rest of his gear is either horribly blues and greens, or one piece of Season 1 Gladiator gear, which simply doesn't cut it. I have too much vested interest in my other characters at this point, and Rogues have finally been fixed well enough that they fill the maniacal melee role in my life, and Savh has more than enough tricks to keep me happy. Brian came up with the fun idea of making a PvP video for Acidus called "Acidus PvP", in which it would demonstrate his amazing ability to fail in all regards, especially against Priests (he can't generate rage due to power word: shield) and Mages. Here's his pathetic armory page, maybe one day he'll shine. ;)

My other two characters are in the works, both at level 49, a Druid (Seliah) and a Shaman (Midnata). I'll not waste time really describing them as they are sub-70s and still being leveled, and will most likely have plenty of fun stories to tell later. As for 'throwaway' characters, I have Xephyr (25 Mage), Hugel (12 Warlock) and Savh (61 Undead Priest). All of my characters save for Priest-Savh are Alliance and on the Executus server. Priest-Savh resides on the Horde side of Drak'Thul, where he was born and raised as a failing project to launch a new beginning pre-BC.
As for my activities in the game, typically I grind through a few daily quests, farm herbs with Savh, and run heroic instances and Kara once a week with my friends. Currently Brian, Russ, Clint, Drew, Kyle, Jana, Lee, Logan, George, and perhaps a few others I can't remember off the top of my head, play on the server with me. It's nice to have all of the 'gang' back in one place. Sadly Tam hasn't found the desire to play again but that's ok, he's busy with his own thing in /real life and I'll most likely write on that at some point.
As for my real life, I'm wrapping up my semester. Finals this week and next week, then summer will come. I'll most likely find a new job, fix my wrecked car, and live easy for a while...
